Happy new Year! While reading latest harvester doc, I am very surprised to find that harvester does not support zero downtime upgrade yet. In order to upgrade harvester, all the running VMs in the whole harvester cluster need to be powered off first per doc. For any enterprise looking to adopt harvester, this would be a major red-flag. Maybe it would be ok to do zero downtime upgrade starting from latest release v1.1.1? Any ETA for harvester to support zero-downtime upgrade later?

The upgrade from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 was zero downtime.

Great!! The latest doc here is not very clear on this though: https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.1/upgrade/v1-0-3-to-v1-1-1. Does this mean that going forward, starting from v1.1.0, harvester would support zero downtime upgrade?

Yes. If there is no special changes.
1.0.3 -> 1.1.0 contains network implementation, that’s the reason we need to shut down VMs.
