Hello, I've got the bizarre behavior of Rancher Desktop for Apple Silicon after I updated my MacOS to Ventura.
When I first clean install my Rancher Desktop, k8s got installed and nothing special happens. It is same for closing and launching app for the second time. The error occurs when I tried to shut down the app, the service doesn't seem to shut down.
When Quit Rancher Desktop is pressed multiple times, it works. But, if launched again, it seems like no back-end services seems to work. For example,
• Diagnostics tab says 'The application cannot reach the general internet for updated kubernetes versions and other components, but can still operate.'
• Any commands to kubectl alerts 'I1026 11
2755.647858 26652 versioner.go:56] Remote kubernetes server unreachable \ Unable to connect to the server: net/http: TLS handshake timeout' error.
• In verbose mode, 'I1026 16
4316.141389 75669 helpers.go:264] Connection error: Get
https://127.0.0.1:6443/api/v1/namespaces/default/pods?limit=500: net/http: TLS handshake timeout' pops out.
I strongly suspect this is due to recent MacOS update, and I am willing to provide appropriate log files for this. Could you tell me if it is safe to delete log files to get the logs after the error occurs? Would Rancher Desktop create new clean files for log?
