I have looked into the harvester-installer repo and searched https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aharvester%2Fharvester-installer%20menuentry&type=code and copied what I could, but still not quite sure how to boot Harvester ISO by NOT using a USB drive, but instead from a Grub2 menu with its ISO stored on a disk.
