I am missing something foundational and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction: I have a single node cluster running rke2 1.26.12 I installed it via the old clemenko airgap tar method. I want to upgrade it. I have a hauler server presenting 1.30.7 I have configured my /etc/rancher/rke2/registries.yml if i do a

rke2 server

it pulls the images for 1.30.7 from my local registry and starts up as 1.30.7 if I do a

systemctl start rke2-server.service

the cluster comes back up as 1.26.12
