There can be many reasons; a lot of extensions are not compatible with Rancher Desktop. If you are using the

containerd

engine, you may want to switch to

moby

in case the extension talks directly to the docker socket. @proud-jewelry-46860 Any ideas how to debug?

Maybe also file a GitHub issue with the details about the extension you want to use, so that there is a permanent record. Threads on Slack are rather ephemeral.
