I'm not sure, but it might be worth asking in the general channel and/or #CC2UQM49Y as well? It's possible Longhorn went to update on the local cluster but somehow triggered downstream snapshots? Or something if there's a daily backup cron scheduled?

Ok, no problem. May have been a coincidence. I'll do some more testing with the same upgrade scenario, and if I see the same behavior again i'll get some logs and raise an issue.
