Elemental-operator has the server side controller running in upstream cluster and the client side running in nodes of downstream clusters. There is an

elemental-register

binary compiled out of this repository that runs in nodes. This

elemental-register

binary calls the Decode function . The client utility is installed in all OS images we provide.
