hi @wide-mechanic-33041 thanks for the details..... I already followed the steps in the documentation till this step and tried to start rancher desktop and throws the above mentioned error.

note: I have installed the RD in offline

sorry holiday last week. so you followed the offline instructions, but what was the error in the logs on start? you provided some log data, but that looks like normal processing?

Hi Justin, No problem at all! I hope you had a fantastic holiday last week.... while RD is starting, it throws this error

Error Starting Kubernetes

Error: read ECONNRESET

and not coming up..... Also could you please confirm, Does RD installation require an internet connection initially, and can it be used offline in the future? or RD installation does not require internet connection?

Should allow for install offline if you followed those instructions. I would make sure you staged the files like the page notes and look in the logs for error statements that might indicate where it is having issues.
