I used a ubuntu cloud image that was within the supported versions, jammy specifically. I tried finding a Suse image that worked, but had the same experience. So went back to Ubuntu cloud image. Sorry not an answer how, just affirmation of the same disire/expirement/conclusion 🙂

I'm in the same boat using Ubuntu cloud image. would be nice to have something prebaked and specifically built for rke2 and harvester!
