so best to talk to your organizations legal team on their comfort with open source licensing and specifically apache-2. now i am not your (or a) lawyer, but there shouldn't be any concerns (i expect there is plenty of other oss being used in your org) but we don't get to decide that. docker desktop is closed source software with a license based on usage so not a great comparison.
