Hi @victorious-glass-17139, Good to see you here. When you downgraded to v1.8.1, did you follow the steps given in below FAQ? https://docs.rancherdesktop.io/faq#q-how-can-i-downgrade-rancher-desktop-to-a-non-current-older-release-version

Hi @rapid-eye-50641 good to see you here too ! I actually did do a Factory Reset (and Reset Kubernetes) before uninstalling RD 1.12.3 and it seems the "Keep cached Kubernetes images" is unchecked by default so that should have done it, but I'm willing to go back to latest version if that's the best solution?
r
yes, I strongly recommend using the latest version in general. @calm-sugar-3169, Do you have any insights to share based on the error message shared by Nefi?
v
sure, I'll uninstall old version and re-install latest version and try it again. I still have logs from first attempt if you'd guys like to see them, or I can collect new ones once I re-install.
r
Yeah, if you still see issues with the latest version then can you please file a Github issue attaching the logs? Please check the box
Enable debug mode
under the Troubleshooting menu before collecting log files.
