hi i m using the latest version of rke to install a fresh rancher ha cluster, i tried installing using 3 RancherOS VMs and also with 3 ubuntu 18.04 vms. The installation goes fine and i can see the logs as well. i m not able to find anything that is causing any error. how can i find if rancher is installed properly and that the ports 80 and 443 are exposed on the host vms. netstat doesn't show that 80 and 443 are in listen mode. i tried telnet rancherhost 80 and telnet rancherhost 443 both are returning connection refused. i have the nginx setup as load balancer but logs are saying connection refused to rancherhost:80 and rancherhost:443. this prevents me from loading rancher ui. Attaching the entire logs of the install and various kubectl commands to extract information that may help someone to educate me. i see that for rancher containers the host tcp port is 0/TCP. Please see the logs and let me know what am i doing wrong here. appreciate much for any help.
