What a pity. You should work on enabling it again. The foreign keyboard support for a lot of BMCs simply does not work. Not every admin can use the English keyboard. But most of them have SOL (Serial over Lan) which does not depend on the keyboard language. You should invest some work in certifying hardware and enable it conditionally... at least after installation.
