I've had success using the "Prepare an Air-Gapped Upgrade" section of the guide. Per the guide: "You can also speed up the ISO download by using the approach in that section.", which worked for me (even though I am not in an air-gapped environment). https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.2/upgrade/index

The button should appear in a few days. We usually tell the upgrade responder about a new version a few days after the release is tagged.

It looks like importing https://releases.rancher.com/harvester/v1.2.1/version.yaml got it to show up as well

Yeah, that's functionally what your Harvester cluster does behind the scenes when it asks the upgrade responder if there are any new versions
