I saw this issue for Harvester - https://github.com/harvester/harvester/issues/4205 I have a 13th gen Intel CPU and was able to get Harvester 1.1.2 installed without any issues, but it definitely does not see all cores, only the 8 E-cores. Are there plans to upgrade the kernel to 6.1 or higher for Harvester 1.1.3?
