I wouldn't expect any issues with that. Disown the cluster from your Rancher dashboard, then in your Harvester cluster dashboard go to Settings and then reset the cluster-registration-url to default. Then your Harvester cluster should be ready to be adopted by the new Rancher cluster once it's up and running.
