Oh, nice. I probably need to figure out how to do this, too.

The functionality in the UI is pretty nice, being able to customize what people see from the "Create Cluster" option. But I am really struggling with how to configure the CNI with this method. I may end up just having to disable the CNI and install it manually after, but that kind of ruins the self-service potential of this approach.

Have you figured this out already? We are also using Rancher with some custom Cilium configuration. But we recently run into a problem that when upgrading the Kubernetes version via Rancher UI this resets the Add-On config, removing the custom CNI settings (and breaking our downstream clusters)
