I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds like it's having issues launching the

nerdctl

binary (cause by us trying to initialize the extensions stuff, see here if you're interested). Do you have any interesting virus scanners etc. that might be blocking execution of unknown executables? That should be signed already…

Just normal CylanceProtect and it actually did show blocking nerdctl. Thank you!
