I've got Rancher 2.6.5. I'm trying to install the Helm repo from Gitlab (https://charts.gitlab.io) I added it in

Apps > Repositories

however I'm getting a "connection reset by peer" error. I can manually curl that URL from the management hosts. Any idea why I would be getting this error?
