Hmm, nothing very interesting in the logs (it actually is stuck on trying to set up

binfmt_misc

). It didn't include the lima logs though (those are symlinks), maybe those files would have clues? It looks like the previous logs were stuck at the exact same spot.

yes, that's where it get stuck on each start up

Alright. Could you re-upload the logs, but deference the symlinks when you do so (so that the lima logs are actually available)? I believe that might contain clues as to what is going wrong.

Still not sure what was wrong, but I restarted my laptop after I did a factory reset and did the install with kubernetes running and it worked this time!

Hopefully you don't just hit this again in another month…
