Hello everyone 👋, what is the best practice for a production cluster to setup longhorn, do i need to have 3 dedicated worker node only for longhorn (with taint) or do i need to schedule pod on normal node ?

you can technically do normal nodes but i would recommend if you take that approach to make sure every other service on those nodes has a memory req/limit in place already to avoid OOMkiller issues around prod storage. For us for example we have a set pool of tainted nodes that is specific to just infrastructure things (storage, monitoring, etc) that we keep a strict mem/cpu req/limit on.
