I’m on a Mac Intel Core i7 version Ventura 13.0.1
Looks like many log files to choose from, which do you need? Diagnostic log?

Hi Megan, I had a chance to take a quick look at the logs there are some errors in the log files but it’s not exactly obvious what is causing it.
I know it’s fresh install as you mentioned above, but are you able to do a factory reset?

I looked at the logs, but they don't make sense to me, which is why I asked Nino to take a look 🙂
Something is obviously wrong, but I can't tell exactly what is causing this

I have done one, but I’ll do the factory reset again…then want me to send updated logs?

Did a factory reset and it loaded this time. It didn’t get stuck at the same spot! I now have it working how I need. Thanks for the help! Must not have done the factory reset properly the first time.
