logs? From your node status, it looks like you may meet this issue, https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.1/upgrade/v1-0-3-to-v1-1-1#2-an-upgrade-is-stuck-when-pre-draining-a-node-case-2. It also has some suggestions for upgrading when hit this issue.

Thanks @salmon-city-57654 i wasnt able to look at the logs because every time i tried, i'd get a timeout error.
