what version of harvester are you using? I remember hitting that on v1.0.0 but not on v1.0.1. also what browser are you using?

1.0.1 on chrome

I've seen that with 1.0.0 on Firefox, not yet upgraded to 1.0.1. TBH I don't bother with file upload - instead I download locally then upload via HTTP, much quicker!
