Hi Team, We are considering use Rancher Desktop for Windows on our VDI. But we have some questions. ・Do the Rancher Desktop for Windows run on a VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) ・When we found some bugs or security vulnerability, can we get the fix. ・Do Rancher desktop provides Enterprise support ? Can anyone tell me about these questions? Thank you.

Today support is available via community support so post your questions in this channel and open any issues in github. The SUSE Rancher engineers endeavor to address your issues via github Issues. SUSE Rancher would like to hear more about your interest in Enterprise support offerings. @some-bird-53040 Please excuse my lack of clarity in my response. While "Today support is available via community support..." this will always be true since that is the nature of truly Open Source Software and not just FREE. You will always have the option of using Rancher Desktop without the requirement to purchase enterprise support from SUSE. SUSE is considering ind ADDING an "Enterprise Support" option does like it does for all our open source projects.

and yes RD can run on VDIs assuming your hypervisor supports nested virtualization as RD depends on WSL2 which depends on Windows Hypervisor framework
