Readiness probe failed: cat: /tmp/ready: No such file or directory

if I shell into the pod and create /tmp/ready then pod gets into running state

FIPS is enabled on my nodes (running RHEL 9.8) if that makes any difference

so I uninstalled everything helm uninstall neuvector made sure the pvc was deleted then did reinstall and everything worked - bizarre

I had something similar to this happen to me once, and I couldn't reproduce it, so I just thought it might have been a fever dream. 🙃
