I’ve just published the second article in my series on the lifecycle of products in air-gapped environments.
The first article focused on the challenges. This one starts moving toward the architecture: how to structure a product so that its different parts can evolve without forcing everything into one tightly coupled lifecycle, and where Platform Engineering fits into that picture.
This is still a work in progress, and I’m sharing the thinking as it develops.
I’d really value feedback from people who have dealt with similar systems. What resonates? What would you challenge? What am I missing?
