Look friend, this is community support channel where we all volunteer help as we're able to give it. I'm not sure you caught this advice before, but don't ask specific people questions. There's over 350 in this channel and I'm betting that a lot of them can actually answer your questions. Heaven knows most of them are probably smarter than I am. When you address your question to someone specifically you're telling everyone else (even if you don't mean to) that you are looking for answers from just them. Don't do that. I got a family and normal life stuff going on and no one is paying for me to answer questions at all hours. Also even though Suse is sponsoring this space, and it might even be in some of their job descriptions to be involved here, don't ping them directly either. Just address your questions to everyone that way people who are smarter than I am can answer too.
