^ Downgrading to Rancher 2.14.1 resolves this, but idk if I'm bypassing another glaring issue that'll hit me later

I have not upgraded to 2.14 yet... but just fyi - there is a #C013SSBKB6U maybe someone there has also seen what you are seeing
