node IPs are expected to be static. You’d need to delete and recreate/rejoin them. Also RKE1 is end of life, as is Kubernetes 1.30.

thanks for the response, I tried that 7 days ago to rejoining the nodes but I'm getting this message "Waiting to register with Kubernetes" and it stuck in that state.

First step would probably be to check if there are any network restrictions between the manager and the new IP addresses.
