Can't you just use harbor as the proxy in which you control all downstream repositories?

but yes, there are a couple limitations of rewrites. one is that they are not ordered. another is that they are applied to all endpoints

I suppose that endpoints are no more subjects of mirrors? i.e., if I set the hub.du.cesnet.cz once again as a mirror with rewrite, should it work or not?
