I had weird issues with corpo ssl decipherin but theyre gone now, what is your issue?

It simply does not trust the cert.

All valid root CA certs from the macOS keychain are automatically installed inside the VM. Maybe check the log files in

~/Library/Logs/rancher-desktop

to see if there is any error validating your MitM cert? Start with

networking.log

and

lima.log

to see if you spot anything suspicious.
