Yes, rancher 2.12.4 will be prime only, same as we did for 2.11.4 and back... The next community release of Rancher should be 2.13.0

Currently 2.13.0 is out, but it seems to be an RC - no release notes, tagged as pre-release, images containing "rc" in the tags. https://github.com/rancher/rancher/releases/tag/v2.13.0

2.13.0-rc4 was also released after 2.13.0, so there seems to have been a potential mess up...
