We were always told that they don't really care what the underlying infra looks like. However I think they normally have a review prior to or right after getting the support contract signed that goes over sustainability and best practices for your setup. That would be a good time to ask support about it, if not before. I suspect that they won't be able to help with things on the Fargate layer, but my guess is that they'll still support your rancher stuff.
