07/12/2025, 8:09 PMOK. I built a Rocky 10 container. It runs fine under docker. Under Rancher with K3s it keeps restarting. The logs show the above message. It appears that something about the x86_64 V3 support for the processor is not being passed up the chain. The container runs fine as a docker container on the same host.

The version of Rancher is 1.32.5_k3s1 and the rancher version is 2.1

07/13/2025, 12:15 AMIf you're using rancher desktop then you want #C0200L1N1MM. This is a different product than Rancher cluster manager, and does use a VM to host the cluster.
