I believe the M4 issues are resolved in macOS 15.5

i'm not actually sure if the thing in question is an m4 issue, i know i don't hit it, but that may be because i don't use testcontainers :)

Testcontainers is still an open issue (mostly some part of the docs are wrong). But I also want to add something like

rdctl ip

to get the VM ip address regardless of the networking config, to make the docs simpler. There are too many different cases to consider right now.
