I know this will depend on a lot of variables, but is there a general guide to how big you should be making dedicated longhorn disks and how many replicas you want per node? We use dedicated ec2 instances for our longhorn nodes with an extra 2TB EBS volume attached to it, currently we have 61 Longhorn nodes running in prod. With the application we have that's using Longhorn volumes, that generally puts around 60ish replicas per node, with maybe 10-15 being active active at a given time. I'm considering doubling the disk size and halving the amount of nodes, so 4TB volumes and 30ish Longhorn nodes. We have 3 replicas per volume as well.
