I am using rancher desktop and cato vpn also, when I am connected to the Cato VPN and try to access the URL http://ap-0ke8octdqref:8080/, http://localhost:8080, I see an error. However, when I disconnect from the Cato VPN and access the same URL, I am able to reach the application. This behavior seems strange
