I think most people just got used to it…

That would be bad news. But somehow i can still not believe. How can we used to it if one simple click on a "-" can bring the entire cluster down.
Or.. when you edit a deployment. Your definitions are not reflected in UI, when you have more than one container in your Pod. I mean that are the basics arent they?

Not sure what you're talking about tbh, haven't really had an issue with Rancher thus far. Can't tell which version I had since my PC crashed and therefore also my rancher installation on Ubuntu 22.04. I can try to setup Rancher again this weekend (a task I have been trying to postpone).

😅 i postponed the upgrade one year because last year i thought okay its to early to 2.6 after some UI issues. But now there is not much time left.

If you are seeing UI bugs it would help if you could report them on GitHub or something. I personally cannot realte to your examples and my job is helping customers set up production deployments on rancher. The new UI was a change - sure but it's really not bad... Idk imo some people inside of Rancher don't like it very much either but it's pretty minor and doesn't effect our ability to deploy and use in production environments.
