I’m not aware of a way of modifying the helm chart to change the UI bundled with rancher, but you can configure a couple global settings to use a UI hosted elsewhere - you’d need to update

dashboard-ui-index

to the URL from which your UI is served, then ensure

ui-offline-preferred

is set to
