Are they RWX volumes? If so, then there is a manual step (until v1.8): https://longhorn.io/docs/1.7.2/nodes-and-volumes/volumes/expansion/#rwx-volume

@quick-river-12881 they are ReadWriteOnce. To be clear the expansion worked just fine, I'm wondering how to reconcile the new volume size with the helm app config that uses these volumes.
