The Harvester upgrade responder service hasn't been updated yet to include the v1.4.1 release. Once we update that, the Upgrade button will appear automatically. We haven't done that yet because there's one issue that a couple of people hit while upgrading which is currently under investigation (https://github.com/harvester/harvester/issues/7457). In the meantime, you can make the upgrade button appear manually by running

kubectl apply -f <https://releases.rancher.com/harvester/v1.4.1/version.yaml>

this is the way!

The upgrade responder is updated now, so if you're running v1.4.0, you should see the upgrade button which will let you upgrade to v1.4.1. 🚨 There is an important note up the top of https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.4/upgrade/v1-4-0-to-v1-4-1 with some instructions to follow before upgrading to avoid potentially landing in a stuck "Waiting Reboot" state during the upgrade. If you've missed that steep and do get stuck, there's instructions further down that page to fix the situation
