did you had to install Rancher "Prime" from a different helm repo? Helm chart for "community" version is listed here https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/v2.8/getting-started/installation-and-upgrade/install-upgrade-on-a-kubernetes-cluster#1-add-the[…]repository

I installed Rancher Prime, but I realized that I installed it wrong, and I need to change it to community. My question is whether this is possible, how to do it and whether anyone has had success with this.

from what I understand, rancher prime and community is same thing, for rancher prime you should have received some sort of activation code this is why I asked which helm chart did you use

Just use helm upgrade to change from the rancher prime chart repository to the rancher stable repository. Make sure you keep the same version when switching between prime and community!
