Hi @cuddly-van-73431 Does that happen every time you install or is it an intermittent problem? Do this test: • install the extension (normal flow) • when prompted for refresh, do the refresh • it may show error with triangle icon, if so, wait for about a minute or so, then do a refresh of the page • check if that error status is gone There’s a performance problem with the operator responsible for caching the extensions assets, which is noted and being worked on. I just want to know if you’re hitting that scenario

This is a persistent issue. I tried the steps above and the error remains. I did notice a few things in the console on page load, not sure how useful it is.

So, the problem here is that the extensions operator cannot pull the assets from a private repo. Solution is to serve the published version of the extension from a public repo
