This may or may not be the right place for this question, but is there a reason that the rancher best practices note that structured (e.g. JSON) logging is the best default, but the rancher products (rancher ui, agent, etc) do not actually default to structured logging? (And also, have no way to enable it with the default installation tooling like helm?)
