Just to add more detail this is 1.3.2 to 1.4.0 update and a screen shot of the result -

Did you run the updated script?
I'd check the longhorn page for details on possible degraded volumes

No issues with volumes, not sure what you mean by updated script?

The only blocker I can think of is the Longhorn volumes
Do you have another storage class?
Check to make sure you're at 3 replicas on all your LH disks?

Thanks for the tip - some are at 2 replicas so will see if we can update to 3 and try again
I think I know what the problem is - I hit the issue described here - https://slack-archive.rancher.com/t/23465799/hi-we-have-been-trying-to-test-out-some-failover-functionali last week some time, however the modification to the ClusterRole causes the harvester upgrade to fail - simply reverting this should get things running again which I have just done. Anyone else having similar issues I found following some of the steps noted on https://github.com/harvester/harvester/issues/4537 handy to spot inconsistencies and pinpoint the issue more firmly!
upgrade is going well 🙂 I'm sorted now 🙂
