You need to install and configure an image credential provider. Stuff for authenticating to cloud providers is no longer built in to Kubernetes, and has not been for quite a while.

Yeah that's not been updated. The stuff added in 1.15 has been removed again in 1.27+

strange added this to the additional manifest but the cloud provider doesn't start 🤔
