If, in theory, one would delete a pcidevice object from a harvester node using kubectl, how could a rescan of the pcidevices be triggered so that it could recreate the deleted pcidevice object? Many thanks in advance! Update: Okay it seems the pcidevices get created again a while after restarting the pcidevice-controller on the corresponding node
