Seems there is something that fails to reach harvester. Are you perhaps behind a wrongly configured reverse proxy?

Hello all and @powerful-librarian-10572 in case anybody else will have this issue, please be sure to use valid harvester credentials... Rancher doesn't by default show which credentials are expired....
