I think we can write a use case for this in the pre-upgrade check script.
Oh, the other thing is that you can't adjust the limits if there's a migration in process.
So you're forced to shut the VM off, make the adjustment, then turn the VM back on because of a validator.

Harvester will temporarily scale up the RQ during the live migration period according to the resource requests/limits of the VM under migration. However, we do observe an issue in which, with a small chance, the live migration fails due to resource quota limitation. We’ve been working on this recently and hopefully will have a fix later. Here’s the GitHub issue: https://github.com/harvester/harvester/issues/7178. Is this similar to something you’ve encountered? By the way, you can tag me on GitHub next time you have a new PR. I totally overlooked it.
